Michael's Surgery
Some of you may know that Michael has been dealing with some problems with his neck recently. In addition to pain, numbness in his fingers has been one of the main symptoms (not good for a piano player). So, after much prayer and option weighing, he decided that some surgery was needed.
Michael traveled to Memphis TN on Wednesday with his wife Debbie and daughter Emily as his support team. On Thursday at 8:30am CST, Dr. Foley at the Semmes-Murphey clinic, performed surgery on Michael's neck to correct what had been diagnosed as spinal stenosis and spinal compression.
Many of you were praying for Michael as he was going through the surgery and he could feel the covering. All went well with the procedure and he was able to head home the same day. He is now at home and feeling remarkably well although a little sore and stiff.
Once again, thank you all for your prayers and support. They have made a big difference. Please continue to pray for a speedy recovery and complete healing. Michael looks forward to seeing you all out on the road starting in February.
