- 8:00 pm - The Sounds of Nashville featuring two up and coming Nashville musicians @ The Factory (Center Court)

- Shuttles will begin running @ 10 pm from The Factory back to the event hotel as guests wish to return to the hotel - final shuttle @ 12 midnight

- 8 am - Shuttles begin running to The Factory (Liberty Hall) for Saturday's devotional and worship session.

- 9 am - Shuttles to Sunday Service Begins @ The Factory (Jamison Hall)
- Guests taking airport shuttles should bring their bags with them to the Church Service, shuttles to the airport will leave from The Factory (also guests with their own cars are welcome to drive their own vehicles to The Factory if they wish).
- 10 am - Sunday Worship Service with Michael W. Smith
- 12 pm - Shuttles begin running back to the Hotel for guests who are not needing transport back to the Airport.
- 12 pm - Complementary Airport shuttles begin running from The Factory.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT / WHAT SHOULD WE PACK?
- Simple answer: Comfortable Casual.
- More Specifically: Friday night you'll want to wear whatever you would wear to a normal Michael W. Smith Concert. Saturday night expect it to be HOT... VERY HOT! Obviously we appreciate decency, however, when you're going out to Michael's Farm you need to plan on it being hot. The sun will go down while you are at her farm, so please plan on bringing a light jacket.
- If you want to plan for weather elements go to: WEATHER.com and type in zip code - 37067 or 37027 to get the full weather forecast.
- We recommend that you bring an umbrella and/or light rain jacket (or even a poncho).
- Especially on Saturday, we recommend comfortable shoes. You will be walking around Michael's farm quite a lot. (If you need assistance we will have help for those who need it).
- Lastly make sure you bring PLENTY of sunscreen. This is summer in the South and it does get very hot and humid.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO DURING THE WEEKEND?
- Simple answer: YES
- More Specifically:
- Photography is allowed, just no tripods of any kind.
- We do ask that you limit flash photography as much as possible during performances.
- We also ask that you be respectful of N OT photographing inside Michael's barn and some obviously private areas at the farm
- Video is also 100% allowed, no tripods or "full performance" videos will be allowed, absolutely no video lighting is allowed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A REALLY BAD THUNDERSTORM ON SATURDAY AT THE FARM?
- Your safety is our number ONE concern. Before we head out to the farm we will make sure that we are monitoring all situations to keep you safe. If
for some unknown reason we are unable to go to Michael's farm we have a
back-up plan in place and will ensure you that the event will continue
without a hitch.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN TENNESSEE IN MID JUNE?
- The average high is in the upper 80's (but is very capable of getting into the mid to upper 90's in late June)
- The average low is in the upper 60's/lower 70's
WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE WEEKEND EVENT?
- Friday Night Dinner & Saturday Night Dinner
- Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning @ The Plaza Hotel is included for all guests staying at the The Plaza Hotel.
- If you are not staying at the Plaza Hotel, then you will need to eat breakfast prior to arriving or bring it with you.
WILL THERE BE PLENTY OF PARKING AT THE DIFFERENT EVENT VENUES?
- Yes. You
can drive your personal car to any and from all events @ The Plaza
Hotel or at The Factory in Franklin (packets with directions will be
distributed to you when you register @ The Event Registration tables @
The Plaza hotel on June 21st between 12 and 4 p.m.)
- You
will NOT be able to drive your personal vehicles to Michael's Farm (ALL
GUESTS must ride provided shuttle buses on Saturday, June 22nd to
Michael's Farm - no exceptions).
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE LATE ARRIVING FOR ANY EVENT OR MISS THE SHUTTLES TO MICHAEL'S FARM ON SATURDAY?
- If
for any reason you arrive, to register for the event after 4 p.m., on
Friday - go to THE PLAZA HOTEL's Franklin check-in desk and they will
have your welcome pack (even if you aren't staying at the Embassy
Suites). With that pack you'll
have your weekend passes and they will assist you with directionst to
The Factory in Franklin - address listed above.
- You can not be LATE on Saturday. After
all of the buses leave the The Plaza Hotel on Saturday at the announced
time they will not return to pick-up any one who is late. The
only way for you to get out to the farm after missing the shuttles is
to take a taxi (which would be approximately $40 to $50). Absolutely no personal vehicles can be allowed.
WHAT SHOULD WE BRING WITH US TO THE FARM ON SATURDAY?
- We do recommend bringing a backpack with the below list - items must fit in your lap for the ride to the farm:
- Comfortable shoes, Camera, sunscreen
- Light Blanket (for sitting on if you don't want to sit directly on grass)
- Cash
/ Wallet (we will have some games that we'll play at the farm
specifically to benefit Rocketown - but all activities are included in
your admission fee).
- Dependent on weather forecast: Light Jacket, Small Umbrella. Light Poncho, A Back-up t-shirt, bug spray, and did we mention BUG SPRAY?!
I AM FLYING INTO AND OUT OF NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT... Will there be any hotel shuttles running?
- RESERVE YOUR SPOT ON THE FREE EVENT AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO / FROM THE HOTEL
- THE PLAZA HOTEL does not have an airport shuttle.
- We have reserved a few complimentary shuttle buses to run guests flying into Nashville on June 20th and 21st. Priority for the shuttle buses go to persons whom signed up for them in advance, however here are still seats available.

- We will have a table on the Baggage Claim level with a staff representative wearing a BRIGHT GREEN shirt. They will give registered guests a ticket, and tell you where to go to meet the shuttle.

- SUNDAY, JUNE 23: Shuttle Schedule from THE FACTORY (Location of Sunday Church Services) to Nashville International Airport:

- If
you miss a shuttle you can wait for the next one or Taxi services are
available to/from the airport to/from event locations for approximately
$45 to $50 each way.
Will there be special dining options for those with dietary restrictions?
- There will be vegetarian options at all meals.
- If
you have a gluten allergy then we do request that you plan on bringing a
meal replacement or supplement with you to any event meals that you
plan to eat.
- If you have other dietary restrictions you will need to ask the dining team when you arrive at the buffet tables for service.
- We
do recommend if you are usually sensitive regarding meal options when
you go out to dinner at a restaurant that you may need to have meal
replacement options with you.

I have an “EVENT ONLY” Pass where do I board shuttles?
- All “EVENT ONLY” pass holders should board the shuttles at THE PLAZA HOTEL in COOL SPRINGS / FRANKLIN, TN
If
we're NOT staying at THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN, how do we get our
welcome packs/passes and at what time should we arrive to get on the
shuttles?
- First,
you will need to make your way over to THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN
between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday, June 21st so that you can get all
of your registration materials. Then you will want to return to THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN by 4:30 p.m. to get on official shuttles for Friday night's events, if you do not want to drive your own car to The Factory in Franklin, TN.
- Your welcome pack will have information for you regarding when you should arrive at THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN for events. The simple rule is BE EARLY! We recommend that you be at THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN 30 minutes prior to any scheduled event or shuttle schedule. Official schedule will be posted in mid-March 2013.

- Please note that we will be running a free shuttle from The Factory, then to / from The Drury Plaza Hotel. Final pick-up will be at 2:30 p.m. in downtown Franklin (maps will be given to guests when they arrive on-site).

Do we need special tickets to get into events, when will we receive them?
- You will receive a special pass and lanyard when you arrive at the THE PLAZA HOTEL - FRANKLIN for Registration.
- The above mentioned pass MUST be worn at all times to access all "Weekend" Events.
